How orders work

You send your order to us on WhatsApp from this website. We reply to confirm prices, stock, delivery charges and the expected delivery time. Your order is placed only after you agree and pay.

Delivery

We confirm delivery options and charges for your PIN code on WhatsApp before you pay.

Damaged or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or different from your order, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the product. We'll tell you how we'll put it right.
